On the morning of November 12th at 10 o'clock, the international shipping vessel "Rio Express" docked at the Ningbo Zhoushan Port Chuanshan Port Container Terminal. During the tightening process of the winch, the reverse cable accidentally injured a foreign crew member. The injuries were serious and urgently needed medical treatment. After receiving the rescue request, Beilun Customs under Ningbo Customs immediately activated the emergency response plan for international navigation ships docking, quickly organized on-site customs officers to open a "green channel", and handled emergency medical procedures for crew members. At present, the crew member has been sent to a designated hospital for further diagnosis and treatment.
